Organization: Aspiring Aviators Aero Club, Inc. (“AAAC”, “Club”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Aspiring Aviators Aero Club website, participating in club activities, attending hangar visits, or joining as a student or adult member, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access our website or participate in club programs.
2. Organizational Mission & Membership
AAAC operates as a non-profit organization dedicated to youth education, aerospace STEM mentorship, and flight exploration.
- Youth Participation: Members under the age of 18 must have explicit written permission from a parent or legal guardian to join, visit airport facilities, or participate in flight or mechanical education programs.
- Conduct: All members, mentors, visitors, and volunteers must maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. AAAC reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation or membership for conduct that violates safety protocols or organizational standards.
3. Aviation Safety & Assumption of Risk
Aviation activities—including ground operations, aircraft maintenance learning, simulator training, and flight instruction—carry inherent operational risks.
- Participation in ground and flight operations requires execution of standard AAAC liability waivers and parental release forms prior to involvement.
- Users and members agree to strictly adhere to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, local airport rules, hangar safety policies, and instructions from designated instructors or club officers.
4. Website Use & Intellectual Property
- Content Ownership: All text, graphics, photos, logos, and materials on the AAAC website and official publications are the property of Aspiring Aviators Aero Club, Inc. or used with permission.
- Limited License: You may view, download, and print site content solely for personal, non-commercial, or educational use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify site content without prior written permission from AAAC.
5. Donations & Financial Contributions
All financial contributions made to AAAC support our 501(c)(3) non-profit operations. Donations are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed upon in writing for specific campaign errors. Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding deductibility.
6. External Links & Third-Party Platforms
Our website may contain links to external websites, social media channels, or aviation resource portals (e.g., FAA tools, educational links). AAAC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites.
